Neb’s Bike Shop Rewards is our new loyalty program designed to give back to our valued customers. Every time you bring your bike in for service or purchase parts, members can earn up to 2 points per dollar spent on all eligible labor and parts. Points are automatically added to your account, so there’s nothing you need to do to track them. There’s no limit to how many points you can earn, allowing you to save more the more you ride. Points can be redeemed on future services, repairs, or parts, giving you flexibility to use them however you like. Custom orders, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible to earn points, ensuring fairness and clarity. Points never expire, so you can accumulate rewards at your own pace.
