At Neb’s Bike Shop, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase, and we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide store credit for eligible returns that meet our conditions. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be in like-new or perfect condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for store credit. A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection, cleaning, and restocking costs. Custom orders or specially modified items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances. To start a return, please contact our customer service team before sending any items back — unapproved returns may not be accepted. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit to your account within a few business days. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase online or in-store.
